Tie Kuan Yin Oolong Cube Leaves are quite large and in a variety of shades of green, ranging from a dark forest green to a light, almost silvery green.

The name of the Chinese tea is translated in English as Iron Guanyin. The processing of Tie guan yin tea is complex and requires expertise. Even if the tea leaf is of high raw quality, and is plucked at the ideal time, if it is not processed correctly its true character will not be shown. This is why the method of processing Tieguanyin Tea was kept a secret for many years.

Those familiar with the needed proportion will break off half of a cube and place it into the clay pot. Following the rinse, the first Chinese oolong Tea infusion will be about twenty seconds, and the second infusion about forty seconds long.

The cubed tea is light and floral, a highly enjoyable cup, evolving from a light floral to a very much orchid floral, with the "catch in your throat" quality continuing through the finish. There is a fine exhibition quality apparent throughout all infusions. Each packet contains 8 cubes. 100gr.
